All cost of repair or spare parts is on our account if any malfunction happen to our Genset in  warranty period. As for the option of standby power station establishment, capacity of the Genset,power distribution equipment, standard of construction and so on, we will send experienced technical person to field trip, give the clear advice and guidance to customer.

二、We promise that we will follow up customers aperiodically after the Genset has been delivered, investigate the situation of Genset, evaluate the quality of Genset and put forward suggestions of Genset maintenance to customers.  Reports will be automatically generated with our integrated customer processing system and powerful database support, to accurately track the products.
